Package lessons may be rescheduled after given at least a 24 hour notice without penalty. Lessons rescheduled less than 24 hour lesson will be given 1 grace appointment, after that is used, a lesson will be used as the penalty. If a package is not in progress for 6 months after the purchase date, the package will be become void and no refunds will be granted. It is up to the owner to keep up with lessons and understand the date in which the package will expire.
